What will you be doing in this role?

* You will work in a collaborative environment and build on existing relationships with key stakeholders to analyse the system and implement a Cloud transformation project with Dynamics CRM at the core

* You will gather the requirements from a wide range of departments then customise and configure the functionality of the Dynamics CRM system to meet their needs

* You will proactively identify cost-effective opportunities for IT to make a positive impact on the business

* You will provide training to users of the system as required

What skills will make you a good fit for the role?

* You will have experience of implementing full life cycle Dynamics CRM projects from initially gathering requirements to installing the system

* You will have a track record of customising and configuring workflows, entities and relationships in Dynamics CRM systems

* You will have knowledge of SQL Server in order to write complex queries

* You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
