£38,000 - £45,000 + training + pension + Holiday (26 days + bank holidays)

Fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager from an FMCG background to make their mark on the manufacturing process of an industry giant who can offer variation, daily challenges and the chance to implement positive change to the engineering environment.

Due to this they now require a Maintenance Manager to join their Devon site.

In this role you will be the driving force behind meeting the dynamic demands of the changing manufacturing environment. You will be required to develop robust maintenance strategies to ensure the site continually meets key KPI's alongside managing the daily work force.
