The role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in either commercial, residential or both. Day to day you will oversee 3 or 4 projects which range in value and size. You will run a project from start to finish, liaising with teams and isolating any pressure points within the operation.

THE ROLE:

*Experience in Commercial, Residential or both.

*Oversee project from start to finish.

*Based near Bridgewater.
