Google Cloud Developer/Architect

Our client are currently looking for an experienced Google Cloud Developer/Architect to work on an initial 3 month contract at their site in Bradford.

Applicants must have the following skills:

*Knowledge of Google Cloud platform.

*Knowledge of or experience in Google Cloud Components such as Cloud storage, Cloud pubsub, Logging, BigQuery, Dataflow, App engine.

*Familiar with Google Cloud App engine deployment guidelines for web applications.

*Worked on automation of Jenkins and bit bucket pipelines for deploying Google cloud dataflow, Web Applications.

*Familiar with Google App engine services, task queues, Scheduling of Dataflow pipelines with cron tab, BigQuery Table creation, Data Loading, Data transformation and Query optimization.

*Understanding and experience in designing /Orchestration and implementation of Google Cloud dataflow pipeline

*Can identify opportunities to improve code, and reduce technical debt.

*Can work on projects that have multiple dependencies in terms of technology integration and solution deployment.

*Have understanding of Google Compute engine and its resource usage estimation

*Good understanding of Google API and its services. Having good understanding of Google Cloud IAM service and managing service accounts for granting access to different Cloud components at various access levels.

*Worked on Google Cloud SDK, Power Shell and CLI tools for application deployment and testing. Worked on Cloud SQL instance and familiar with SQL interactions for the same.

*An excellent communicator and collaborator

*Confident in Google Cloud Component integration solutions in Java, Python. and can openly drive resolution to knowledge gaps

*Strong customer facing capabilities, able to work in isolation or in a team of client and supplier resources

*Strong debugging skills.

*Significant knowledge in programming in Java (Dataflow, Web Application), Python (Web application ), App engine deployments Knowledge of working on solutions with a high degree of integration Knowledge of AWS , Google Cloud architecture and solution design patterns .

*Significant experience delivering solutions for customers end to end Taken responsibility for the delivery of software into a production environment inc front line support to the business Experience working in and delivering to customers in an Agile environment
