The successful candidate will have a hands on approach in running the Urban Design department while winning new business to grow it. They will be responsible for leading and growing the current team of designers as well as working on large scale residential and commercial developments for a variety of high profile clients.

This is the ideal role for someone with a Urban Design background who wants to manage their own team and take the next step in their career.

The Role:

*Managing and growing the Urban Design department

*Seeking & winning new business to meet profit targets

*Involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects

*Being involved in the long term growth and expansion of the business

The Person:

*Urban Design, Architecture, planning, Landscaping or similar backgrounds

*Background in Residential or Commercial sectors

*Willing to develop existing and new client relationships

*Experience managing a team
