Spring Technology is recruiting for the position of a Lean Sigma Green Belt qualified Business Improvement Consultant for an international retail company. For this role you will plan, organise and co-ordinate a Product Directive and internal process change. The role is based in Luton, and is paying up to £490 p/d for a duration of 4 months.

The 'as is' for the project has already been mapped, whilst part of you task will be to map out the 'to-be'.

Some of the tasks that you will be required to carry out in this project will be; to facilitate workshops; managing process improvement activities to ensure that a detailed plan is available; and to elicit and evaluate issues associated with current processes (producing heat maps, affinity diagrams or other Lean documents).

Within your remit it will also be your goal to highlight future opportunities for improvement and plan for further process reviews. You will represent your workstream(s) to project boards and conduct huddles with the Customer Operations team as appropriate.

For this role you should be engaged and fully driven for success; also having the ability to work independently - coming up with the next steps of the project without instruction.
