Epicor Analyst - Durham - £35,000

I have an opportunity for an experienced systems analyst to join a fast growing company in the automotive manufacturing sector who have made the decision to implement the latest version of Epicor. You can expect to be engaging with business members of all levels from system end users up to key stakeholders as you begin to gather requirements for business process improvement, support end users with their system issues troubleshooting problems in a timely fashion, as well as

This role will be ideal for those who enjoy a challenge as well as working on a variety of different tasks as it will require not only strong system customisation skills, but also a great functional skillset will be necessary to understand business processes, the impact on current business work flows and how these will be worked into the current system.

Being a newly created position, the successful candidate will have full autonomy to conduct the role in the fashion in which they see fit and efficient, allowing you to take full ownership of the role.

To be considered for this role you must have:

* Demonstrable experience working with Epicor system support

* Functional exposure to modular ERP solutions

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You will be at an advantage if you:

* Have proficiency in MSSQL, SSRS or another database and reporting language

* Are capable of working with SQL to write queries and create stored procedures, views and triggers

* Have prior experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support
