About The Partner Performance Team

The Partner Performance Team is primarily accountable for ensuring that Shoppers' experience with our partners is 100% consistent with Tesco's value and service proposition.

Working in collaboration with cross functional teams (in the UK and offshore) to establish a world-class and innovative ecosystem of incentives, penalties, education and engagement to achieve superior performance from Tesco Partners, while growing their businesses and ensuring we maximise lifetime value of Shoppers.

Main Responsibilities

The Role - Partner Performance Assistant Manager

Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of the Tesco business, the following provides an overview of the role's key responsibilities and measures:

* Monitoring partner performance to agreed deadline - providing data, insight & recommendations so all stakeholders aware of drivers of performance

* Proposing, developing & testing improvements & new ways of working to strengthen partner performance routines by working with stakeholders to ensure reports and insight deliver to requirements - allowing trended views and the level of access the stakeholder requires, e.g. product, category, partner, reason code etc. through dashboards

* Collaborating with experts across the business to automate and productionize reporting, to improve efficiency and free up resource to focus on deeper insight, hypotheses and recommendations from the data

* Working closely with our offshore team in India to deliver high quality insight and analysis on partner performance, on time and right first time

* Supporting and liaising with CEC, Trading (Commercial) and Account Management teams to offer appropriate advice on processes, policies, escalations and deliver additional deeper data/insight when needed

* Exploring & analysing data to identify opportunities for partner/product improvements - clearly articulating findings & making recommendations to ultimately grow partners' business, improve NPS & drive profit for Tesco

* Building strong relationships across internal & external teams, driving others to resolve issues impacting customers
