Senior Digital IC Design Engineer - Eindhoven

Our international Semiconductor client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital IC Design Engineer to assist in building a new ASIC team. This team will be part of an already-established design centre based in Eindhoven, and has a lot of scope for future growth.

Here we're looking for a broadly-skilled Digital IC Design expert to provide technical leadership through the complete ASIC development process; from design definition, mapping out requirements, architectural design, RTL coding (Verilog / System Verilog), synthesis, simulations, timing analysis, and ASIC verification. This is a highly visible role in which you will be responsible for the coordination of design requirements and activities, regular technical interaction with the customer (and marketing teams) and driving the overall direction of the design team.

Key requirements include:

- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar)

- At least 10 years' experience working within Digital IC Design, with strong drive and technical leadership ability

- Exceptional ability in all aspects of frontend digital IC design, with detailed understanding of design flow, design requirements and tradeoffs

- Verilog / SystemVerilog expertise for RTL design

- Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to communicate well with internal team and customers
