Brunel University London is a world-class University based in Uxbridge, West London. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Accommodation Centre and Residential Services Teams within the Commercial Services Directorate.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to become part of our dynamic and friendly team. This position sits across two departments (Accommodation Centre and Residential Services) providing a lead role managing all System/IT /Business Development requirements ensuring lean processes and procedures are in place. You will require strong technical skills alongside a commercial acumen and be confident in effectively implementing software solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Accommodation and the Head of Residences in achieving the aims of both the University and the Commercial Services Directorate.

The role

The role requires a strong customer service and business focus with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. You will have the technical ability to develop and implement both business and technical solutions effectively. You must be confident in supporting, training and developing IT systems and be able to work to deadlines and manage your own workload in a fast paced office.
