SQL Server Developer, .NET Developer, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, C#

My client are currently looking for a talented SQL Server Developer (SQL, .NET, C#) to join their busy team in central Oxford. The SQL Server Developer will play a key part in developing solutions for innovative SMEs and global companies, and will have the chance to work with a variety of modern technologies including the Microsoft .NET Stack. As a developer of cutting-edge products (including financial) for various public and private sector clients.

YThe .NET/SQL Server Developer will also be working with a wide range of object-oriented software, covering Windows and web application technologies, particularly the Microsoft .NET Framework. Therefore, experience with Visual Studio, C# and Windows Forms is desirable. ASP.NET and web technologies would be a bonus.

Experience required by the Database/.NET Developer:

                                         Database coding experience, preferably Microsoft SQL Server

                                         Experience with Microsoft .NET framework using C# and Windows forms is highly desirable

                                         ASP.NET, Javascript, CSS would be a bonus

                                         Mobile app development - web, iOS and Android

                                         Good communication skills.

Desirable experience:

                                         Experience with Agile practices such as SCRUM or Kanban

                                         HTML5, CSS

                                         JavaScript

                                         Working in multidisciplinary teams (including designers and front-end developers)

As well as a strong technical background in development, the SQL Server Developer will require a positive attitude. This includes a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job whilst contributing your own ideas to the team!
