Business Analyst - TOM Redesign - Insurance

**Candidates must have London Market/ Loyds Insurance experience**
Speciality global insurer based in the city who has recently undergone acquisition are looking for multiple business analysts to join the integration programme.
The key focus of this programme will be the redesign of the post acquisition operating model. Candidates must have previous London Market experience to be considered for these roles.
Required experience:
* Experience of Target Operating Model implementation.
* Insurance industry knowledge, including London Market
* The candidate will possess a strong track record of working on business change projects, including the production of current/future state process maps and gap analysis between the two.
