In this role you will lead a team of highly skilled Design, project and manufaturing engineers working across numerous R&D projects that will revolutionise their industry. Liaising closely with the project management team, you will be heavily involved in design projects that are pivotal to the success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have good design knowledge and previous experience managing a range of engineering projects.

·Implementing processes across design, manufacturing and project teams

·Project management - from cradle to grave

The person:

·Design and projects experience

·Supervisory experience / desire to progress into management

·Working knowledge of solidworks
