I'm currently recruiting for a Development Manager/Lead for a 6 month initial contract.

Immediate start!

My client is looking for a strong hands on technical development manager with experience in leading small teams on green field projects.

Responsibilities

Management of 3rd parties. We will use a partner to handle the creation of the app on Salesforce, and another partner to build the mobile apps and websites. The development activities of these two 3rd parties needs to be coordinated and managed.

Management of in-house technical resource. An in-house team will handle the customisation's required to an existing AWS based search app. The development of the search app needs to be coordinated with the overall development plan.

Hands-on project management. Working alongside a project manager, management of the development plan, and execution / sprints across all three parties.

Required skills

React and Node development experience (hands on),Development management, stakeholder management, management of 3rd parties.

Good knowledge, not necessarily hands on, of:

Javascript UI libraries, Node.js, React, Postgres, Heroku, AWS.

Desirable skills

Salesforce experience
