Project Manager - Applications & Infrastructure to be based in Erskine on an initial 6 Month contract. Experienced Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of mixed IT infrastructure and Application Projects.

Job Title - Project Manager - Applications & Infrastructure

Location - Telford

Rate - £ Market Rates per day

Duration - 6 Months

Role Details:

Manage a multi skilled teams to:

* Design, Implement and manage during the project lifecycle physical and virtual Oracle/Unix and SQL/Wintel platforms.

* Load Simple and Complex Application suites following Client and Vendor instructions.

* Work Closely with Client Business Specialists to develop and implement Interfaces Archiving and Data Extracts.

* On site management of Cabling Contractors Network Engineers and Desktop teams to deliver to tight deadlines alongside Client managed Facilities teams.

* Manage Specialists undertaking network and application performance testing.

* Establishing User connectivity across Commercial, Restricted and Secret networks.

* Manage teams and Client Stakeholders working remotely in the UK and overseas.

Experience:

* 5 years IT PM experience of full lifecycle Business Case through design to delivery.

* Budget Management of projects over £100K in value.

* Good Stakeholder communication and presence.

* Proposal and contract Creation

* MSP Project Planning including Earned Value.

* Good Experience of managing leveraged IT Engineering and Application teams.

* Of benefit, would be:

* Prince 2 Qualified.

* Experience of IT in an engineering setting.

* Experience working as an outsourced IT PM within a SIAM model.
