I am currently looking for a Customer Insights Analyst for my client (Global Fashion Brand) for a 12 month contract and an immediate start (paying competitive market rate).The role will be based in central London . Experience within the retail market is ESSENTIAL

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Analyse customer data to answer business questions and produce data-driven stories that reveal Key insights into consumer behaviour.

* Develops dashboards that provide actionable customer insights for the CRM team and wider business to achieve short and long terms goals.

* Develops a strong test and learn culture within the EU business and ensures that the testing insights & methodologies are aligned across the regions

* Analyzes customer data to create customer profiles, segmentation, and trending analyses

* Works with the CRM team to develop/optimise customer life cycle and marketing programs to drive longer term engagement and conversion

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Data Science or comparable. Master's degree a plus.

* Experience in analytics, research, and/or data science

* Proficiency with statistical software required (R / SQL preferred) and geo-marketing tool is a plus.

* Strong understanding of analytics, including segmentation and predictive modelling, working with consumer data.

* Experience in multi-channel retail marketing preferred

* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business, prioritize & manage assignments to meet deadlines and establish solid relationships.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
