Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) - A brand new career opportunity has just become available for a forward-thinking Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) to join a hugely successful, market-leading company based at their impressive Head Offices in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) you'll be joining during another huge period of expansion for a £billion turnover organisation and will join a hugely skilled team in a vibrant and friendly office.

The successful Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) will work to support mission critical bespoke web-based applications, supporting all aspects of the application stack, resolving incidents and maintain the application tier, operating system and database environments. The Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) will support internal users with queries and issues and will therefore have to show strong internal customer management skills, also being involved in other ad hoc project work.

Skills needed for the Application Support Analyst (Ecommerce) role:

* Previous experience in a customer facing technical support role within an ITIL environment.

* Knowledge in the following areas - IIS, Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Load Balancer, Azure Cloud.

* Excellent communicational skills both written & verbal.

***There is an on-call Rota in place where by you'll be on call for 1 week every 6 weeks (working from home)***

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + bonus & excellent benefits
