PMO Analyst with Specialist Presentation Skills - London - 6 months

PMO Analyst with Specialist Presentation Skills required to join a multinational insurance company based in London on a 6-month contract.

The role:

The PMO Analyst/ Presentation Specialist is required to create templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with internal clients in order to understand their concepts and interpret them visually and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Design presentations for internal and external consumption using company branding guidelines

* Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences

* Attend meetings with stakeholders to find graphic solutions to complex problems

* Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department

* Design internal marketing materials such as print collateral and websites as needed

* Provide quality assurance of all deliverables

Requirements:

* Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in PowerPoint 2010 including use of multiple masters, colour themes, animations, actions, and video

* Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both digital and print media

* Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution

* Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, projectors, sound, and video equipment

* Understanding of image formats, resolution, and size

* Keynote experience a big plus, but not required

* Video experience a plus, but not required

* Well-developed communication skills

* A professional demeanour

* Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members

* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines

* Ability and desire to work in a corporate setting
