Technical Project Manager / Project Engineer - Product Development

As the Technical Project Manager / Project Engineer, you will be tasked with overseeing product development activities within our client’s Engineering Team to ensure that projects are completed within timescales and to a high standard.

In this exciting role, you will work alongside our client’s highly talented team of R&D engineers to plan and track the electronic product development process.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure all project information is reviewed and signed off. You’ll manage and mitigate any risks throughout the process to maximise project success.

You’ll identify and lead improvements to the product development process to further increase productivity. Additionally, you’ll provide prompt feedback to key stakeholders regarding the status of projects.

To be considered, you will need:

- Experience of overseeing the delivery of technical products, ideally within the IT or digital electronics sector

- Experience of project management software, ideally Jira

- A strong project management background

- Experience of working in an ISO 9001 environment

- A good understanding of electronics, firmware and mechanical product development processes

- A degree in a relevant technical discipline such as electronics or science
