Incident Analyst - ITIL
Market Rate (Initial 6 months)

The ideal candidate must be a Incident Analyst who deals with escalated IT Service incidents.
The ideal Incident Analyst will have experience of service desk or technical support. Candidate for this role will bring with them experience in Service transition. This role is responsible to quickly provide a good analysis of an incident and/or a solution to it in order to restore the disturbed service as soon as possible.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
*Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles, primarily Incident and Request Fulfilment
*Experience of trouble-shooting in an Enterprise technology environment
*Experience of supporting applications and client hardware
*Understanding of Service Lifecycles and service on boarding to a service desk
*Experience of service improvement initiatives
*Experience of managing major incident or critical incident calls
*Ability to help prioritise a team's "business as usual" workload
