A Software and HTML literate, Customer Focused Helpdesk Engineer is required to join one of the best employers, in their super modern offices near Oxford. This Software Analyst role is a great entry level position for someone looking to take a step into Development, utilising their current skillset that will ideally include some knowledge of HTML or SQL (although any Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Perl or even a designer background with CSS or CMS). With great options of progression and a very high retention rate for their staff, this Software Analyst could end up being the only application you ever make.

What you will be doing:

The Software Analyst will be working on a small Helpdesk team, supporting external users of our clients software. The Software Analyst will fix issues by phone, email and via the support system, and will be an initial point of contact for queries that will need to be escalated to more experienced and more technical teams. Utilising some HTML and some SQL, the Software Analyst will provide excellent customer service and make edits and changes, as required by clients. The Software Analyst will get outstanding training and development and will be able to move into a variety of roles from this position, including Software Engineering, Customer Service, IT Support, Project Co-ordinator, Digital Marketing, Perl Developer, HTML Front End Developer, Email Engineer etc.
