Design Manager - Main Contractor - Kent

Position: Permanent

Salary: £60 000 - £80 000

Are you an experienced design manager looking to work in the Kent/ Sussex area for a main contractor? Do you have a proven track record of managing the design team and delivering successful projects? My client is a large main contractor who are growing in the South Coast region and has an opportunity for a design manager to come in and work on several projects within multiple sectors across the business. You will be reporting to the design director and be responsible for the leadership of the design management resource on a major project.

The successful candidate must have:

* Experience managing teams in the education, commercial or residential sector

* Strong commitment to HSE legislation

* A strong communicator who has an engaging approach

My client are willing to offer a salary of £60 000 - £80 000 plus benefits. Please note that my client are looking for several Design managers across the Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey regions.
