the successful General Manager will have the following:

-5+ years experience in senior operations management in the Food/ FMCG industry.

-Experience managing teams of 200+ people

-Extensive experience in Change Management and expected to 'steady the ship' through the heavy changes on site.

-Experience in introducing lean CI improvement strategies across a team.

-Experience in culture change

-Excellent communication and leaderships skills

-Will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.
