Senior Technical Support Analyst
A new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Analyst (SQL, Excel) has arisen to join an award-winning, global software house based in Luton, and join a small-knit team that focuses on the company's flagship products.
As the successful Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of a small team and take the lead role in providing 1st and 2nd line support, utilising your technical skills with SQL and Excel, as well as carrying out data extraction and database querying whilst providing the highest level of service to our customers.
The role is perfect for a Senior Technical Support Analyst with strong 1st and 2nd line software and database support experience, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
Key requirements for the Senior Technical Support Analyst (1st / 2nd line):
* Strong experience working within 1st and 2nd line support - SaaS and database
* Excellent knowledge of SQL, Excel, ideally with data extraction and database querying
* Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS is hugely advantageous (basic knowledge fine)
* Comfortable with the use of ticketing systems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor a junior team member as well as provide outstanding service to our customers
* Exposure to e-learning products is beneficial but not essential!

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday
