2nd Line Support Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2nd line Support Analyst that has specifically worked within the financial software in the education sector. As the successful 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be placed within an exciting and dynamic team based in Chelmsford, Essex.

Key skills needed for the 2nd Line Support Analyst (Supporting Educational Financial Software):
* Commercial experience supporting the Financial Software within a school
* Confidently provide support on all products for the finance team on all platforms
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience supporting users on 1st and 2nd line issues
* A keenness to learn new skills and progress your career
