£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Unlimited Progression + Private Healthcare + Profit Share Scheme + Additional Benefits

The company itself is well-established in their marketplace and have multiple offices across the UK. They have quadrupled in size over the last ten years and therefore are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to augment their own team moving forward

The role will involve working throughout the complete planning and development lifecycle, from initial site assessment through to obtaining building regulation consents. You will work as part of a specialist team and will receive extensive further training to make you an expert.

The Role:

*Planning-based role

*Delivering planning services to new and existing clients

*Working on initial site assessments to designs and regulation consents

The Person:

*Experience producing and managing planning applications (small to large scale)

*RTPI member

*Wants extensive training and development
