CONTRACT- PROJECT MANAGER- FINTECH- 6 MONTHS- £450-500 per day

Are you a project manager who likes to deliver software products to end clients? Would you be keen to work in a faced paced environment? This urgent contract role could be for you!

One of my key clients who are an extremely successful fintech company have an urgent requirement for a project manager to roll out their software products to end clients. The fintech software is focused around trading and transaction processing area so ideally you will have strong understanding of how end clients utilise trading data and how these trades are processed. The end clients include some of the world's top investment banks and several asset managers. Any experience of project managing software roll outs rolling software to these sorts of organisations would be ideal.

You will be required to work in a faced paced environment using a variety of different project management methods such as waterfall, agile, iterative or hybrid. You will need to be able to pick the right tool for the job so an excellent understanding of the project management process throughout the lifecycle will be needed. You will also need to manage several different projects at one so sometimes the agile is not the best method to use. Each project may be slightly different, so you must be able to think on your feet and come up with creative ways to ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

This is a client facing role, so communications skills are extremely important. You will also need to communicate with senior stakeholders externally and internally.
