This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant to join an established but growing software house in Oxford!The RoleAs the Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for implementing my client's enterprise-level B2B software product on customer sites. You'll be working with a range of clients from local SMEs to huge multi-national companies across multiple industries! As my client's product is very customisable depending on the client, a large part of your role will involve gathering complex and varied requirements to configure the product specifically to each customer, liaising with technical staff internally to ensure the projects are delivered on time and to budget. As the Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant you will also be responsible for training customers on the best practices with the software product, leading workshops and demonstrations on customer sites. The CompanyA local software house who have been established for over 20 years, the Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant will be joining at an exciting time of change! A strong technical understanding of integrating software with existing systems and experience with SQL and HTML would be extremely beneficial!
