An innovative Engineering company in the South East are seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer who will lead a team & be responsible for the design, development, and documentation of Electronic assemblies that form part of new products with emphasis on both the analogue and the digital aspects.

If you are the Team leading Electronic Design Engineer who wants to work for a big player and become a major part of the senior team then i want to hear from you.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Project team leadership/ mentoring

* Development lifecycle management for both research and customer driven products

* Analogue circuit design

* Digital Hardware Design

* Embedded Software / Firmware coding

* Proven experience with main FPGA, Altera, Xilinx and the main DSP families such as Analog Devices, TI,

* Embedded programming experience (firmware and software)

* Digital Hardware Design
