Agile Delivery Manager - FinTech - Agile Environment - Up to £55k

A leading bespoke software development company based in Central London require a Delivery Manager to work as part of their client delivery team. This company's software is focused on providing innovative electronic trading solutions within the sell-side and is making huge waves in the industry.

As a Delivery Manager you will be working with a delivery team of Agile individuals delivering top-quality software on a regular basis. This role involves taking responsibility for project planning, controlling progress, identifying and resolving risks and issues, managing budget/scope and ensuring compliance with governance.

As a Delivery Manager you will need the following:

* 3-5 years experience of strong Software Delivery/IT experience

* Experience managing a variety of project management methods, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, hybrid. Thorough understanding of the project management process throughout the life cycle, and the ability to identify issues and take corrective action

Education /Qualifications Required

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Technical or Business related area
