Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting to be based in London on an initial 6 Month contract. Experienced Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting with extensive experience working in the banking domain and Regulatory reporting / projects.

Summary of the role:

This is a Business Analyst role for the IWM UK IT team. The role will have responsibility for facing off with the Business Project Change team, Front Office, Operational, Compliance and Sales, Trading and Trade Management teams distributed across Business Entities based in London and Guernsey, and partnering with a global technical team to deliver a world class Private Banking/Wealth Management platform.

The role will be critical for the IWM UK IT team delivering change projects to its technology platform, working directly on multiple regulatory, audit and other business operational improvement projects. You will be working across a variety of functional areas related to delivery of banking products and services to private banking and wealth management clients.

You will be working within a Scrum team as part of a departmental Agile delivery framework. Candidates will be working directly on multiple regulatory, audit and other business operational improvement projects related to Front to Back processes.

As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will include:

* Analysing, documenting and validating business requirements, and providing technical specifications within your Scrum team.

* Close collaboration with functional process owners, technical experts, testing team and other requirements engineers.

* Challenging analytical tasks and responsibility for quality delivery.

* Creating test cases, performing IT testing and supporting user acceptance testing.

* Creating necessary documents to ensure the knowledge base is maintained and should be willing to train team members in various topics.

* Any experience in working with the Temenos Globus/T24, NexJ CRM, and propriety built workflow trade order entry applications.

* Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as a Business Analyst within an IT Organization in Financial Services / Private Bank.

* Experience of working in SCRUM/Agile approach to application delivery.

* Knowledge of business analysis/requirements engineering methodologies and tools.

* Ability to coordinate technical and business change requests by collaborating with multiple teams.

* A solid understanding of standard change control policies and procedures and experience working in a dynamic and fast paced IT environment.

* Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office application such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio.
