Agile Project Manager/Agile Delivery Manager - FinTech

My client is an innovative and cutting-edge financial technology (fintech) business known for it's disruption within the market.

They are looking for a Project Manager (PM) with strong external customer/client facing skills and strong Software Delivery/IT experience.

The successful candidate will take primary accountability for project delivery success and will be able to work on a number of concurrent internal and client facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing change effectively, this will include strategic client projects (integration of new products and services) and the of high profile internal projects (Agile Scrum).

* Providing leadership across multiple projects

* Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project teams to achieve quality results

* Oversee teams working on client engagements, manage internal resources

* Working with our Sales and Account managers to shape client engagements

Skills Required

* Solid experience as a Project Manager, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery

* Experience managing a variety of technology projects Finance sector preferred but not essential

* Proven track record of managing complex and senior stakeholder interactions

* Experience managing a variety of project management methods, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, hybrid
