An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Engineer to join one of the world's leading private Equity firms and have responsibility for IT services support for their European offices.

As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll utilise your extensive knowledge and experience to provide first, second and third line helpdesk support. You will assist with other members of the team the building and maintaining the standard image, conducting automated software delivery, deploying software and patches, generating reports, troubleshooting issues arisen from other departments, as well as assessing new technology.

You will also support infrastructure, networks and the Europe IT Director with the development and implementation of key projects. You will have a strong technical background, with experience working within a global team, working in a fast paced environment and have the willingness to be able to drive change to meet technology requirements within the business. Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills are essential as well as the confidence to sell concepts to end users.

Key:

* Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology Information Library (ITIL)

* Experience using Windows 7 and 10 Desktop Operating Systems

* Experience of mobile computing platforms

* Experience using Citrix remote applications

* Experience of imaging and application deployment, PXE Boot or similar, and imaging troubleshooting
