I am currently working with a client based in both Newcastle and London. They are a Digital Agency with a big, established team and a very experienced overall workforce. They are a tight-knit group of creative individuals that have been operating for 16 years and continue to produce fantastic, innovative work and encourage creative, forward-thinking ideas.

The client is now looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their Newcastle office where you will be managing a broad range of integrated projects, ideally you will be a bit of an all-rounder. You will also be based on the top floor of their newly refurbished office!

Role Expectations - you'll be expected to…

* Manage roles and responsibilities day-to-day whilst taking pride in self and work.

* Manage time, tasks and people effectively.

* Question and challenge bad process, briefs or handovers - preventing any errors that may happen.

* Work brilliantly as an individual as well as with others.

* Take a wider view of what's going on whilst maintaining awareness of team and workload .

* Be flexible and adaptable, hands-on approach and have a can-do attitude.

* Attend client meetings, adding value and trusted to maintain company's reputation.

* Actively learn the commercial and management side of their role and craft.

Required Skills:

* A graduate degree, professional qualification or equivalent project experience.

* Experience in an agency as a Project Manager with stakeholder management and client relationship experience.

* Proven record of agile project management with knowledge of various project methodologies, e.g. Scrum, DSDM (Scrum Master or PMP qualifications, and/or a fluency in Agile workflows would be advantageous)

* Demonstrable experience managing large and complex projects with large project team.

* Managing project finances and delivering on time and budget.

Desirable Skills:

* Technical background with architecture understanding and testing knowledge

* Understand UX and IA: its necessity, benefits and differences between design and development

* Be able to produce user stories (including acceptance criteria)

* Feel comfortable with multiple teamwork tools to satisfy internal and external necessities

* Handle difficult conversations with support from Seniors

Required Experience:

* Digital Project Management: 3-5 Years

* Digital Agency: 3-5 Years
