£30,000 - £35,000 + Holiday + Xmas shutdown + Half-day Friday + 3% Pension + Benefits

In order to do this, they are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team where you will be working with industry experts in a newly created role for the business.

The role will see the candidate working within the manufacturing management team working on production planning, business forecasting and implementing new processes in order to promote lean initiatives and optimise resources.

The person will have worked within manufacturing with good knowledge of production planning and managing inventory and resources with a view to optimising manufacturing operations and production.
