We went live with our first CRM business processes on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in April 2017 and are looking for an experienced project manager to accelerate our journey in using the platform to transform our business. Our repairs service has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. This role will deliver Origin’s digital repairs services for customers through self-service portals and web apps, whilst implementing repairs on Dynamics 365.

This is a flagship project and you will have a key role in delivering better customer experience and business capabilities. We have bold ambitions for the digital transformation of our business and this role is central to achieving our goals.

Working closely with the business, and our repairs contractors and partners you will be able to translate our social purpose into action and deliver benefits for our customers, residents and staff arising from our investment in new processes, organisation, technology and information.

Ideal Candidate

Your exceptional customer focus will ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of all digital products and you must be able to engage with a wide variety of Origin residents to ensure online repairs service are user friendly for a wide range of technology abilities.

Commercially astute you will have an excellent negotiating skills and a track record in forging robust business relationships with repairs contractors. Ideally you will have had experience on both the client and contractor side of repairs and voids services.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience of business analysis and requirements gathering for repairs and voids services, as well as service and process design to achieve continual service improvement. You must know how to create successful end-to-end digital services, from inception, through research, design, build, and integration to deployment and refinement.

You will possess exceptional organisational skills and have knowledge and experience of project and resource planning, as well as project management, ideally under Agile and PRINCE 2 methodologies. If you hold certifications in any of these disciplines, it will be to your advantage. If you have knowledge and experience of configuring Dynamics CRM/365, customer portals and web apps this would also be to your benefit.

You will be prepared to 'roll your sleeves up' and get 'hands on' when necessary showing less experienced project resources how to do things and building up their expertise. You will have excellent relationship management skills, a keen eye for detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and a relentless focus on delivering successful outcomes from technology investments.
