Project Support Officer

Start Date: ASAP

Location: London, Victoria

Contract Length: 3 Months +

Clearance: NPPV2/NPPV3 +

This is a varied role which is essential to allow the Project Manager's to fully concentrate on the delivery of their projects whilst knowing that the support involved is being carried out effectively.

The candidates must be able to cope, in what at times, can be a stressful job with time scales that may be extremely tight. The candidates must have strong communication skills, both oral and written and be able to communicate at all levels.

* Looking after RAID logs

* Taking Minutes

* Diary Management for delivery team

* PMO Reporting

* Must be experiences with core applications such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel

* Good Organisational Skills

* Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification and experience

* Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems
