Senior IT Service Analyst / Service Manager- ITIL
Market Rate (Initial 6 months)

The ideal candidate must be a service specialist who deals with escalated IT Service incidents.
The ideal Senior IT Service Analyst / Service Manager will have experience of service desk or technical support. Candidate for this role will bring with them experience in Service transition, improvement and design. Any experience with Windows or service management tools would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
*Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles, primarily Incident and Request Fulfilment
*Strong inter-personal skills, ability to communicate well with customers and participate in meetings and discussions
*Experience of trouble-shooting in an Enterprise technology environment
*Experience of supporting applications and client hardware
*Understanding of Service Lifecycles and service on boarding to a service desk
*Experience of service improvement initiatives
*Experience of managing major incident or critical incident calls
*Ability to help prioritise a team's "business as usual" workload
