My client is currently recruiting for a eWay Technical Support Analyst on an initial 6-12 month contract based in the London area.
My client is currently in the transition stage of a project and the eWay analyst will be reporting into Transition Manager during this process.
Responsibilities:
*Working on client site (UKPN)
*To support Eway interfaces
*L2 & L3 support (Helpdesk provides Level 1 and gets escalated)
*Integration middleware (in order sends data across applications)
*Integrates across multiple applications
*Good Communication skills - client liaison
Essential Skills;
*eWay (IBM Integration Bus)
*IBM WebSphere
*Middleware Integration experience
*Previous Level 2 and Level 3 support experience
*Previous client/customer
