My client is currently recruiting for a Alfresco Application Support on an initial 6-12 month contract based in the London area.

Essential Skills:

*Previous commercial experience supporting Alfresco in a L2 / L3 application support environment (L1 support is off shore, if issues cannot be resolved they are passed on to this person)

*Resolving high priority incidents

*Produce user reports

*In-depth development on Alfresco or make changes to application

*Communications skills - interact with client

*Organised - Co-ordinate incidents / update system

*Java language advantageous
