Digital ASIC Design Project Lead
We are looking for a Digital ASIC Design Project Lead to come aboard our global Semiconductor client based in Wiltshire, developing high-class products for the consumer market.
As the Digital IC Design Lead you will be responsible for driving and leading the complete ASIC design flow process for high quality ICs in CMOS. It will be your remit to ensure the digital development process achieves budget, schedule and project deliverable goals, and the design of optimised digital blocks meet functional, cost and low power constraints. You will own the front-end Digital Design and Verification flow process, and interface with the Physical Design teams for digital hand-off.
As the right candidate, you'll have:
· At least ten years' Digital ASIC Design experience, ideally with experience working as a Digital Lead for projects
· Fluent RTL design skills, either in Verilog or VHDL
· An excellent understanding of low power design
· A motivated, organised working ethic, with an ability to take responsibility for solutions and make them happen.
· Excellent people-skills, and fluent communication skills in English
The role will include some travel from time to time to other European design sites, however will mainly be office-based in Wiltshire.
