What we do

Our new Mason Frank Tech Academy, which started this month (April), is a fast track for graduates into a Salesforce career. This stands us apart, as we are looking for graduates who are passionate about moving into a professional IT consultant environment in some of the best technologies in the world.

Building upon the skills you learned at university, you will undergo 8 weeks of industry-relevant training based in London, funded by Mason Frank, in order to develop your knowledge and confidence to succeed as a Business Consultant.

After successfully completing your training, you will work with one or more of our top Salesforce clients across the UK as a junior Salesforce business consultant.

You training will take place in our London office, which is in a prime location, making your commute convenient.

Salary

Once trained up we will negotiate you the best possible salary with Salesforce.com clients across the UK, finding the most suitable role for you.

The Ideal Person

This role would be ideal for ambitious graduates with a keen business mind wanting to get their careers off to a flying start in Salesforce

A degree in a relevant IT or Business subject (minimum 2:2)

Interest or experience in CRM administration preferred but not essential

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and self-assured

Strong analytical ability

Good decision-making skills within fast-pasted environments

A placement in a commercial environment is preferred

Flexibility in travelling to meet clients when required

Responsibilities

You will be expected to create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions

Executing activities such as data mapping, object modelling, page layout design and rule logic definitions

Executing testing and validation to ensure that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design

Performing data analysis, requirements, design, and migration

Managing and maintaining client account relationships

Work in conjunction with the IT team to develop internal systems
