ERP Business Development Executive - Lead Gen & Closing £25k + OTE

An opportunity to step into the lucrative world of ERP sales has arisen. I am working with a leading ERP Software Partner looking to build on their recent successes by bringing on a Business Development Executive to work on creating new leads and running them through to a close. The position will focus on the SME market with excellent opportunities to progress within the business as they have a reliable history of promoting from within.

This is a West-London based role in the office with a fantastic team environment and opportunities to build your career from day 1. You will spend time learning the full details of the software solution before hitting the phones and generating leads to close. The role will involve generating leads through creativity and then following through and closing deals. As my client is aggressively expanding, there will be opportunities in the near future to develop and nurture a team underneath you.

You will be on a base salary of up to £25k with a very generous flat commission structure which offers excellent opportunity to get into high figures quickly. As the role progresses and takes on more responsibility, you will see a steady increase of base salary over time. The ERP solution my client offers has some interesting quirks which allow it to beat its competitors on several key metrics - making the sales process slightly less difficult! Additionally, due to this, there is no limit to the vertical in which these products are useful and successful in.

Skills required for the role:

* Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).

* Success in telesales - including closing.

* Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.

* Enjoys the thrill of taking full responsibility of the sales cycle.

* Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
