We have many exciting projects ahead of us. As Senior Project Manager you will over time have the opportunity to pursue projects in many different areas. You will be working in cross-functional teams where you have overall responsibility for the project's effectiveness and success from start to finish and documentation.

Examples of tasks:

· Project Lead major change projects as a senior project manager

· Establish project plan, decision making and clear requirements definition

· Leading and motivating project participants and ensure competence in the project

· Report project status and continuously inform the steering committee

· Ensure project delivery at the right time, with the right level of quality and at the right cost

· Contribute to develop the project model and approach

· Acting ambassador, and ensure compliance, project model and the correct use of tools

This position is Swedish Speaking and located in Stockholm.

Your profile:

We think you basically have a university degree and extensive project management experience in the intersection of business and IT. Since the projects are varied, we think you are a generalist with a broad basis and sees the project as your expertise. As a person you are driven, results-focused and solution-oriented. Your approach is characterized by structural and proactivity, and you have the ability to direct, delegate, manage and motivate. You possess excellent communication skills, where you catch the needs and win business confidence. Furthermore, you have the integrity and the ability to ensure processes and priorities.
