We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to be based on client site in Milton Keynes. The successful 2nd Line Support Analyst will have excellent communication skills and excellent desktop support experience.
Essential skills
- Proven experience working in Desktop and Field Engineer positions.
- Able to manage challenging users in a non-technical manner.
- Excellent customer service.
- Experience working with Windows 7 and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills are vital.
