A rapidly expanding financial services company based in Manchester are currently looking for a PHP Developer to join their growing development team.

They are looking for experienced developers to help build a bespoke guarantor lending platform integrated with an in-house multi-channel contact center (built with Twilio). You'll have direct input in making new business decisions, from a strategic level to design and implementation of new features. Their current stack is PHP7 on the backend (Zend Framework/Expressive), JavaScript (React) and Elm on the frontend, along with MySQL. Their applications are hosted on AWS.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your commercial development experience in a rapidly growing young company. The company are about to take a major new product to market, backed by a multi-million pound investment and growth strategy.

Skills Required for the PHP role:

* Exceptional OO PHP7 programming skills

* Strong experience with MySQL

* Extensive experience with at least one major PHP framework such as Zend Framework 3, Symfony 4, Laravel

* Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)

* Experience in writing new and using existing APIs

* Experience with automated testing

* Good experience with JavaScript

There is a salary of circa £50,000 depending on experience. The Developer role is based close to Stockport and is commutable from Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Warrington and Runcorn.
