This is a new opportunity to join our team in the heart of Manchester, where you can be part of the thriving Manchester digital/technology community.

You'll be exposed to a wide range of exciting technologies including our datacentre and service provider network, security and internet connectivity, and systems management / automation tools.

Our Customers' systems are critical to their businesses and you will be given a high level of autonomy to help them and to contribute to their success as well as contributing to the growth of Lucid in this exciting phase of our journey.

Ideally, you'll have worked in a Windows based support environment, supporting any of:

- Windows 7 - 10

- Microsoft Office applications

- Windows Server 2008 - 2016

- Cisco or HP networking equipment

- Office 365

You'll need

- a 2:1 or above degree in a technical or science subject.

- an understanding of providing high quality service levels, ideally gained by working in a technical or support role in a professional services practice.

- Experience of supporting one or more industry applications

- A full, clean driving license.
