IT Support Manager

- Support c. 25 users in Mayfair office with high standards

- Maintain existing systems in collaboration with external technology specialists and central IT, including planning and managing infrastructure projects

- Responsible for c.£400k of equipment

- Reporting to senior management

About you

You will be organised and thorough, and able to respond rapidly to individual incidents while designing, planning and implementing general solutions that address route causes and maximise user productivity.

You will be experienced and qualified in supporting and maintaining a Microsoft environment (Exchange, Windows and Office), with enough exposure and ability to learn how to manage ancillary systems. You will be at the right stage in your career to take responsibility so you have an valued impact on an ambitious set of companies with high standards.

Experience in the following products/ areas is helpful but not essential: Skype for Business, Microsoft Hyper-V, HP Proliant Servers, HPE MSA 2040 SAN Storage, WatchGuard Firewall, Fortimail, Veeam Backup, Mobile Workforce, Mac, Cloud services like Anaplan, Evernote, OneDrive and GDPR.
