IT Project Manager

My client is looking for an experienced IT PM to lead the delivery of initiatives in a large portfolio. Projects are varied and may have multiple dimensions including applications, facilities, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities include;

* Planning, scheduling and executing the technology change agenda supporting our business, with initial focus on systems, processes and infrastructure

* Liaising with senior stakeholders both in technology and in the business

* Leading steering committee meetings and preparing the associated materials

* Vendor management

Required skills and experience;

* Excellent understanding of waterfall delivery methodologies (SDLC)

* Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities

* Strong vendor management experience

* Superior stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience in working with both Business & Technology senior stakeholders

* Excellent ability to identify and mitigate delivery and delivered risk

* Has worked in structured, governed delivery environments

* Experience with hospitality or retail applications advantageous

* Experience with property movements such as office relocations, data centre moves or the like advantageous

* Advanced MS project skills
