My client, an organisation based in Melbourne are recruiting for an Iteration Manager to lead an agile team developing an exciting new application.

In this role you will be responsible for coaching and instilling agile practices to ensure the success of the project and team. In addition you will have responsibility for the management of budgets and reporting back to the business on project progress.

My client is looking for the following skills and experience;

* Agile delivery and academic experience

* Ability to manage a self organising team

* Ability to instil agile best practice into the team culture

* Project Management / Scrum Master / Agile coach experience

* Confidence to improve processes to ensure efficient outcomes
